Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a formal invoice detailing your payment options. We accept payments via bank transfer or by debit and credit card.

It is perfectly normal to feel anxious! We do everything possible to ensure your trip is seamless. You will receive a comprehensive travel itinerary before you depart, and you’ll have our contact number so that support is only ever a phone call away.

Deposit amounts vary depending on the specific elements of your trip. The exact amount will be clearly listed on your holiday quote. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

In most cases, yes, though amendment charges usually apply. Please be aware that some promotional hotel rates or flights are non-flexible and non-refundable. We will always advise you of these specific terms at the time of booking.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel before your final payment date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel within 12 weeks of travel, specific cancellation conditions will apply.

For U.S. citizens visiting the UK for short stays (up to 6 months), a visa is generally not required. However, starting in February 2026, the UK is introducing the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). This is a mandatory online pre-clearance that you must apply for before you travel.

Insurance is not included in our quotes. However, we highly recommend that all travelers take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking to cover unexpected changes or medical needs.
